I can't believe no one has yet mentioned the general universal consensus greatest video game ever and that is the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This is game is over9000!1!1!! times better than anything else ever made. I have personally played through it at least 15 times and will probably do it 15 more before all is said and done. It holds up even today against new fangled graphics and blu ray and all that jazz. Nothing beats blowing the dust out of your old OoT cartridge, firing up that n64 and saving Hyrule in the most epic quest ever designed. (as an aside best alternative game ever made: Pokemon Snap, that shit is mad addicting and way more fun than you originally think)
